 FAQs

  • Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused partnership designed to help you create the results you most want in your life and work. Together, we explore your goals, untangle what’s getting in the way, and unlock your own best thinking so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

It’s not about me telling you what to do—it’s about asking the right questions, offering powerful tools, and helping you see possibilities you might not see on your own.

Coaching is different from advice-giving, consulting, or therapy. Instead, it’s a dynamic process that helps you tap into your own wisdom and create strategies that truly fit you.

  • Coaching sessions with Robynne are confidential, supportive spaces grounded in the belief that every person is already whole and complete—there is nothing to “fix.”

Because no one knows a client’s life purpose better than they do, Robynne never tells clients what to do or imposes her own agenda. Instead, she begins by asking what the client would like to focus on, listens deeply, and poses insightful questions that help uncover the thoughts and beliefs shaping their experiences.

Clients often discover they’ve been holding onto a limiting belief they once treated as fact—and can finally release it. Robynne also teaches practical tools for addressing unhelpful thoughts, processing difficult emotions, accessing the wisdom of the body, and clarifying what’s truly wanted for the future.

These tools become lifelong resources, helping clients make confident decisions and lead with self-trust.

  • Sessions are 55-minutes and take place virtually over Zoom. Many clients find it helpful to bring a journal and writing utensil to the session.

Robynne approaches each session from a place of neutral, non-judgemental curiosity. She'll ask you what you'd like coaching on and what you want to get out of the session.

She'll listen actively and ask you insightful questions to help you dig deeper. Often times in a session limiting thoughts and beliefs are revealed and worked through, and strategies for next steps are identified.

When applicable, Robynne send may send a follow up email with considerations for the week ahead. This is not homework by any means, but many clients find the tools, prompts, and resources she shares supportive to their unique situation.

  • Working with a coach is a short-term investment in your long-term future.

Robynne’s private coaching packages have a minimum three-month commitment, which is typically the amount of time clients need to see meaningful shifts and begin creating lasting change. From there, the coaching is month-to-month until it feels complete.

Robynne’s group coaching programs range from 90 days to one calendar year, depending on the offering, giving clients the structure, tools, and support to achieve results that truly stick.

  • Coaching and therapy share some common tools that are derived from modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and parts work.

Therapy is valuable for treating your mental health and working through past trauma. Therapy is facilitated by licensed medical professionals and may be billable to health insurance.

Coaching is ideal for individuals who want to optimize their approach to a current challenge or goal. Coaching can be a great compliment to therapy.

Coaches are not medical professionals and coaching services are not usually billable to health insurance.

  • Robynne’s coaching sessions are designed for individuals. Each person in a romantic relationship may seek individual coaching to help them show up in the relationship in the best way possible. Individual coaching sessions are always confidential and what is discussed stays between the coach and the client. Robynne has an extensive network of other coaches to recommend to partners.

  • If you are struggling with your mental health, we recommend you work with a mental health professional for diagnosis and treatment. Starting with your PCP is a great way to get a referal.

  • Coaching is focused on the present moment and future goals. If you have unresolved trauma from your past that you’d like to address, we recommend exploring this with a licensed therapist.
